Bootcamp Workout: Dirty 30 Workout

 Dirty 30 Workout

Explanation:

So one of my members turned 30 last week so I made a DIRTY 30'S WORKOUT up for our crew to celebrate! 🥳🥳


We started with a warm up - doing different exercises in a circle and taking it in turns telling the group a total of 30 favourite memories of our 30s as a collective! (Luckily we didn't have anyone younger than 30 in that session haha!)


Then we moved into the 30 reps of every exercise and they signed them off in any order! :)


This was a 30 minute session so only did 15 exercises - but you could do 30 exercises if you had a longer session. 🙌


The 3 lots of mountain climbers isn't a typo - they are her favourite (aka not favourite) exercise so I put 3 lots in just for her hehe!!


Then we stretched it out altogether as she told us all of the shenanigans she got up to at her party!! 😅


You could obviously adapt this to your clients and different ages but just match the exercises accordingly!
