🏋️ Every time the song says “celebrate” - 1 jump squat

🤸‍♀️Every time the songs says “one more time” - 1 burpee!

Total - 27 burpees + 34 jump squats!

☆ Partner Finisher ☆

Explanation:

One person wall sits whilst the other planks with their legs on their partner's lap.

See who can hold it the longest.

Swap over once they have reached their max.

You can repeat 2-3x rounds if you're feeling mean haha!

5min LEG BURNER Drill!

👉 Team up your crew into pairs.

👉 Set a timer for 30sec WORK, 10sec REST.

👉 They do a Partnered Wall Sit for 30sec then have a 10sec rest.

👉 Then Partnered High-10 Jump Squats for 30sec followed by a 10sec rest.

👉 Complete 4x rounds of each exercise for a FULL leg BURN and whinging effect! 🤣🤣🤣

👻Ghostbusters👻 Finisher

Get ready to pull this one out for your Halloween sessions!! 🎃☠️

Explanation:

Map out a short distance with cones.

Play the Ghostbusters remix or extended version (if you want to be really mean! 😆🤭)

Your team shuttle run/walk back and forward for the whole song.

When the song says "Ghostbusters" they do 1x Pushup or 2x Squats then continue running!

If you are near the beach...add sand for more intensity!! 😅💦
