Sure, boxing is a hit in bootcamps – it's fun, it's energetic, but let's face it, doing the same old routine every week can get a bit dull, right?

Boxing Workout

90sec AMRAP

- 30 uppers

- 3 burpee punch

- 3 sit up punch

30 sec break

Repeat again and try and match your score!

"FREAKS" Boxing & Burpee Drill!

Tell me where the freaks at!????? 🤣🤣

Explanation:

Once you're group is partnered and gloved up ready to box, play the "Freaks" song by Timmy Trumpet, Savage.

The boxers do 4x single jabs then 2x double jabs (on the beat hopefully! 😆)

When the song says "Freaks" the boxer does 1x burpee + double high punch! Then resume doing the boxing combo.

There are certain parts of the song that get "extreme" haha - freak freak freak freak freak freak freak so wish them luck! 🤭

This is a super fun finisher or warmup as it's quite a slow tempo but the burpees will add the heat! 🔥

3 x 1min rounds

Round 1 (60seconds)

4 straights

4 uppers

4 hooks

4 star jumps

Repeat for 60 seconds

30 second break

Round 2 (60seconds)

4 straights

4 uppers

4 hooks

4 sit up punches

Repeat for 60seconds

30sec break

Keep accumulating as high as possible for 60secs!

Round 2 (60secs)

- 10 straights, 10 uppers, 10 highs, 1 shuttle run, 1 sit up punch

- 20 straights, 20 uppers, 20 highs, 2 shuttle runs, 2 sit up punch

- 30 straights, 20 uppers, 30 highs, 3 shuttle runs, 3 sit up punch
