Explanation:
Once you're group is partnered and gloved up ready to box, play the "Freaks" song by Timmy Trumpet, Savage.
The boxers do 4x single jabs then 2x double jabs (on the beat hopefully! π)
When the song says "Freaks" the boxer does 1x burpee + double high punch! Then resume doing the boxing combo.
There are certain parts of the song that get "extreme" haha - freak freak freak freak freak freak freak so wish them luck! π€
This is a super fun finisher or warmup as it's quite a slow tempo but the burpees will add the heat! π₯
