Ascending Intervals Workout

Happy Friday cool kids!! 😃🙌 Yeeharrr! Who's ready for the weekend!? 🙋‍♀️ Anyway check out this one for your next Bootcamp or HIIT sessions! 😊👇


Ascending Intervals Workout!!


Explanation:

Write up the workout on your whiteboard.


Sprints / Plank

Burpees / Bridge

Skipping / Squat hold

Squat jacks / Pushup hold


Set your timer to:

15 sec / 45 sec

30 sec / 30 sec

45 sec / 15 sec


Your members complete the 3 intervals (3min) on the first exercise combo before moving onto the next.

Complete all 4 combos = 12min.

Can increase the length by adding more exercises or you can surprise them with another round = 24min.
