Bootcamp Workout: Easter Workout

Explanation:

Are you ready for your Easter Workouts? Don't stress - I've got you covered!! 🐰🍫🐇🥚


Try this one with your Bootcampers!


Easter Workout Explanation:


💜Bunny Hopping TAG warmup (5min)


💚Intervals (30/10) x4 rounds (10.5min)

- Jump Squats (like a rabbit 🤣)

- Pushup taps (tap opposite hands with a friend)

- Deadlifts (to practice picking up all the eggs!)

- Standing band rows


💙Easter egg hunt (10min)

- hide plastic eggs around everywhere (the ones that open) and put mini workouts inside them on paper.

- don't tell them what's inside until they have found all of them (they'll think it's best to get as many as possible! Haha!)

- they then complete the workouts in each of their eggs.


🧡Core finisher (5min)

- play the chocolate song and line your crew up in a line.

- when the song says chocolate, 1 person hops up and runs to the bucket to collect a chocolate egg and then returns

- they take it in turns each time it says chocolate!


💜5min stretch/cool down to finish (could play an easter song just for sh*ts and giggles! 😅
