Bootcamp Workout: Lower Body Blitz Workout

Explanation:

Write up the 6 lower body exercises on your whiteboard.

●BOOTY BAND BRIDGES

●BOOTY BAND SQUAT WALKS (➡️ & ⬅️)

●BOOTY BAND WALL SIT

●ALTERNATING SIDE LUNGES

●REVERSE LUNGE + KNEE LIFT (R)

●REVERSE LUNGE + KNEE LIFT (L)

Set a 60sec timer x18 rounds. ⏱️

Your members complete 1min of each exercise x3 rounds!

If you don't have enough booty bands split them into 2 groups so half do the booty band exercises and the other half do the body weighted exercises (then swap).

Or hit up Claudia from Fitness Education Online for some more bands!! 😁

You can modify the exercises to suit your members or equipment and make it harder by adding more rounds. ✅️

Or if you need to cut the time down, decrease to 2x rounds but add weights to the exercises!! 😅
