Explanation:
Write the 6 upper body exercises on your whiteboard.
Set your timer to 40 sec work / 15 sec rest x4 rounds.
PUSH-UPS
DB CURL PRESS EXTENSION
DB UPRIGHT ROWS
TRICEP DIPS
DB RENEGADE ROWS (ALT)
DB SIDE RAISES
Your members do as many reps as possible in 40sec followed by a 15sec rest before moving onto the next exercise. ⏱️
4x rounds total = 22min but you can always increase or decrease the number of rounds to suit your session! 🕞
If you have a limited number of dumbbells you could change it to 4x rounds on an exercise before moving onto the next one. (Ouch) 🤣
